My name is Krisztián Nádasi and i’m a

Secondly, I understand that you’ll find many different wedding coordinators in the market. It’s not an easy decision to select one, but I believe that every couple has their perfect Master of Ceremonies – someone they can trust and relate to; perhaps, that individual can be me.

The website name, “best man,” is inspired by the Anglo-Saxon tradition where the best man is the witness, coordinator, mood-setter, and best friend all in one. That’s exactly how I see my role.

On the Big Day, I’ll arrive early and take charge of coordinating the entire event, ensuring everything runs smoothly, attending to the guests that need a little extra guidance to be in the right place at the right time. I’ll manage the event’s flow, making sure the energy kicks in when it should (entrances, applause, first dance, dance duel, etc.) and that there’s enough downtime and calm moments, as needed.

Getting to know each other in person is key – after all, you’re entrusting someone with what might be the most important day of your life. A good decision requires careful consideration, and that means giving ourselves the chance to truly connect. I wouldn’t feel right charging for that, so there’s no pressure, no urgency – just a real opportunity to get to know each other.

It’s about helping you, not just the show

I have another business (which I love), so I’m not reliant on wedding season to make a living. Doing 50+ weddings a year would lead to burnout and cookie-cutter experiences, but I truly love being a Master of Ceremonies. Most of the time, the answer is yes. For a smooth and enjoyable experience, it’s essential that everyone knows what’s taking place and when. Sure, you might have a fun family member or friend who’d be willing to help, but they’ll probably want to enjoy the party – and let’s be honest, most likely they don’t understand the full dynamics of a wedding.

I’d be happy to lead a vowel renewal or similar ceremony, as I’ll be with you anyway. To make the ceremony as personal as possible, we’ll discuss details like the story of how you met, etc.

We’ll meet for coffee or tea, get to know each other, and discuss your wedding plans. I’ll also share my insights and suggestions. During this meeting, I’ll start taking notes and draft a basic timeline for you.

Preferably a face-to-face meeting is ideal, but I don’t expect you to travel far, especially if you’re living abroad. We can easily meet online and enjoy a virtual coffee together. I’m flexible with weekends and evenings, because planning your wedding doesn’t always fit into working hours.

If you’re aiming for a very traditional Hungarian wedding, I might not be the best fit. I’m not into shouting “hear ye, hear ye” or making sexist jokes as a “buffoon”, and I prefer a more refined approach. However, I’d be happy to help you say goodbye to your parents during the preparations, as a modern take on the bride handover.

Absolutely! I love games that involve as many guests as possible, which is why I call them “catalysts” for fun. We’ll talk through your ideas together. I have plenty of suggestions and tried-and-true games, but if there’s something specific you’ve seen and loved, I’m all for it!

As long as it takes! While we’ll have a contract with a specific timeline, every event can run late, and I won’t leave you hanging just because “my hours” are up.

“Need” isn’t the right word here. After our first meeting and once the contract is signed, you’ll receive a full timeline, so everything will be clear. We’ll meet or chat as many times as you’d like to go over the details. And we’ll definitely meet or talk 7-10 days before the wedding to finalize everything. You will have complete visibility of any detail changes.

Yes, once you decide to work with me, I’ll send the contract and timeline right away. The contract will outline the deposit, and we’ll settle the second payment after you’ve danced the night away. You’ll receive invoices for all payments, and the contract will cover my responsibilities and the cancellation policy.
